Eddington Place in Jenks
Jerry R Gordon Development, Inc. has broken ground on a 65-acre development next to the newly announced 77,000 sq ft Church of Christ located at 121st and Elwood in Jenks. The development will yield 184 lots at average size of 70? x 125?. We were very impressed with the churches design and interest of Jenks youth athletics so we have designed our development to tie into the sport areas of the church with walk trails. The design of the development is very unique from the monumental entries to the winding street leading to a large park area tucked in the back of the subdivision. The park consists of a horseshoe shape lake wrapped around a peninsula with a pool, pool house, and playground and basketball court. The whole area will be beautifully landscaped with plentiful greenbelt areas and walking trails. The homes will be from 2000 sq ft and up, to a price range of $175,000 to $275,000. Timberling Hollow in Sand Springs
Jerry R Gordon Developments, Inc. has purchased 56 acres in Sand Springs north of 41st Street and east of 129th. The character of the land was just perfect for Theme Development. The land is mostly covered in mature trees with lost of contour and a water feature we are going to enhance as a truly beautiful main feature. The development will yield 156 lots averaging 70? x 130? in size. The homes will start from 1800 sq ft and up, to a price range of $165,000 to $210,000. The layout of the development has been designed to accomplish several feats. First our streets for traffic flow and to regulate volume. Second, features of the development where everyone has access to them and finally there are no bad lots. The entries are a boulevard that leads to our lake with a street encircling it and below the greenbelt area with a pool, pool house, basketball court and playground.
